Immediately after base coat application a generous amount of vinyl flake chips are spread evenly throughout the floor for texture and color.
Once base coat is fully cured the floor is scraped and vacuumed to remove excess and loose flakes.

This is typically a 2-day process. You will see and hear about 1-day installations. These can only be achieved by using thin coats of fast cure products, working at breakneck speed.
